Terms and Condition:


PAYMENT


A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the agreed fee is due at the signing of this Agreement. Upon receipt of the retainer, ​Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events will reserve your date and be available to you on that date. The retainer is applied ​toward your total investment agreement. We will not reserve your wedding date until after receipt of the retainer. You ​may not transfer the retainer to another party, bridal couple or anyone else without our prior written consent. The ​remaining balance will be settled on agreed terms with the clients.


OUT OF TOWN WEDDINGS


Travel expenses such as parking, toll fees, fuel costs, lodging, plane tickets, destination fees or any other expenses that ​will be incurred must be shouldered and arranged by the client for Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events. Payment for ​the expenses incurred can be paid on the day of the event.


CREATIVE FREEDOM


Collaboration of ideas are normally allowed, however, the client hereby allows Photo Video Team under Myrtle Salvador ​Wedding and Events full creative freedom, during the prenuptial shoot and during the wedding day. Photo Video Team ​under Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events’ shooting style is based on the editing style of the company. Therefore, ​clients should give Photo Video Team under Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events full creative control on the editing of ​the Save the date/Mini Movie, Same Day Edit Video, and Wedding Film Highlights.


PRE-NUP SHOOTS


Pre-nuptial shoots done within Manila are considered free of travel expenses. If the Pre-nuptial shoot will be done ​outside Metro Manila, travel expenses such as parking, toll fees, fuel costs, lodging, plane tickets, destination fees or any ​other expenses that will be incurred must be shouldered and arranged by the client for Photo and Video Team under ​Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events. Payment for the expenses incurred must be paid on the day of the shoot or it can ​be added to the balance due after the event.


VENUE FEES or CORKAGES


Any fees charged by Client’s chosen Venue will be charged directly to the client.


CREW MEAL OR ALLOWANCES


Food requirements for crew will be shouldered by the client. Depending on the number of headcounts on the day, ​Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events will declare headcounts and roles of the crew working. This can be either in food ​packs or meal allowances of P250.00 pesos per head per meal.


CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE


Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location 90 days prior to the ​scheduled date of event. Notification of any changes can be made by phone along with written notice sent via email for ​documentation. If the event is changed within 90 days of the initial date, the client shall pay the balance of the contract due to ​the high probability that Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events will not be able to further book that date for other events. If an ​email is sent, a confirmation of receipt must be in writing. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 90 ​days prior to the event. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc.) as listed, you must notify Myrtle ​Salvador Wedding and Events.


CANCELLATION


There shall be NO REFUND of retainer after the signing of agreement due to the reservation of the date. If the event is ​cancelled within 90 days of the event date, the client shall pay the full remainder of the balance of the contract due to the high ​probability that Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events will not be able to further book that date. Once a balance is paid, it is ​NON- REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events ​and shall be put in writing. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform Myrtle Salvador Wedding ​and Events of the cancellation. If prenuptial shoot has been done and you decide to terminate the contract after, the down ​payment and the first 50% will not be refunded.


FORCE MAJEURE


If Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike or other civil disturbances, ​Acts of God, including but not limited to, road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism or other causes beyond the control of the ​parties, then Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events shall return any moneys paid by the client, less expenses and the non-​refundable retainer fee, and no cancellation fee and shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation ​of liability shall also apply in the event that video materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, ​compact flash card malfunction, lost in the mail, stolen gear or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photo ​Video Team under Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events.


COPYRIGHT


Except as noted below, all Videos created by Photo Video Team under Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events are copyright ​protected. It is a violation of Republic Act No. 8293, which enshrines the copyright law of the Philippines, to copy, scan, or allow ​videos of Photo Video Team under Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, ​copied, scanned, or altered (digitally or otherwise), without Photo Video Team under Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events’ ​express written permission.

If Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike or other civil ​disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to, road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism or other ​causes beyond the control of the parties, then Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events shall return any moneys paid ​by the client, less expenses and the non-refundable retainer fee, and no cancellation fee and shall have no ​further liability with respect to the agreement.

Terms and Condition:


PAYMENT


A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the agreed fee is due at the signing of this Agreement. Upon receipt of ​the retainer, Myrtle Salvador Wedding and Events will reserve your date and be available to you on that ​date. The retainer is applied toward your total investment agreement. We will not reserve your wedding ​date until after receipt of the retainer. You may not transfer the retainer to another party, bridal couple or ​anyone else without our prior written consent. The remaining balance will be settled on agreed terms with ​the clients.


OUT OF TOWN WEDDINGS


Travel expenses such as parking, toll fees, fuel costs, lodging, plane tickets, destination fees or any other ​expenses that will be incurred must be shouldered and arranged by the client for Myrtle Salvador Wedding ​and Events. Payment for the expenses incurred can be paid on the day of the event.
