Terms and Condition:
PAYMENT
A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the agreed fee is due at the signing of this Agreement. Upon receipt of the retainer, Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service will reserve your date and be available to you on that date. The retainer is applied toward your total investment agreement. We will not reserve your event date until after receipt of the retainer. You may not transfer the retainer to another party, bridal couple or anyone else without our prior written consent. The remaining balance will be settled on agreed terms with the clients.
OUT OF TOWN EVENTS
Travel expenses such as parking, toll fees, fuel costs, lodging, plane tickets, destination fees or any other expenses that will be incurred must be shouldered and arranged by the client for Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service . Payment for the expenses incurred can be paid on the day of the event.
CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE
Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location 90 days prior to the scheduled date of event. Notification of any changes can be made by phone along with written notice sent via email for documentation. If the event is changed within 90 days of the initial date, the client shall pay the balance of the contract due to the high probability that Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service will not be able to further book that date for other events. If an email is sent, a confirmation of receipt must be in writing. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 90 days prior to the event. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc.) as listed, you must notify MMyrtle Salvador Events Management Service.
VENUE FEES or CORKAGES
Any fees charged by Client’s chosen Venue will be charged directly to the client.
CREW MEAL OR ALLOWANCES
Food requirements for crew will be shouldered by the client. Depending on the number of headcounts on the day, Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service will declare headcounts and roles of the crew working. This can be either in food packs or meal allowances of P250.00 per head per meal.
CANCELLATION
There shall be NO REFUND of retainer after the signing of agreement due to the reservation of the date. If the event is cancelled within 90 days of the event date, the client shall pay the full remainder of the balance of the contract due to the high probability that Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service will not be able to further book that date. Once a balance is paid, it is NON- REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service and shall be put in writing. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service of the cancellation.
FORCE MAJEURE
If Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to, road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism or other causes beyond the control of the parties, then Myrtle Salvador Events Management Service shall return any moneys paid by the client, less expenses and the non-refundable retainer fee, and no cancellation fee and shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement.
